Every effort is made to communicate as much information to Parents as possible.  General information is disseminated by means of a weekly Newsletter. This is handed to the learners who are required to paste it in their homework diaries. Parents are requested to  read the Newsletters and to sign in acknowledgement of receipt. All Newsletters are available for perusal on this site. At times, when the news is only a specific item, a Newsflash will be sent out. This is a very short Newsletter. It is also pasted in the learners' homework diaries. Messages are also sent via SMS and the e-mail sytem. It is very important that Parents keep their details up to date with the School. If you have an e-mail address but do not  receive your Newsletters via e-mail, please send an e-mail to Mrs Varie and she will put you onto the system: office@saxonwoldprimary.co.za Information to do with the learner only, usually regarding homework and other issues, are written into the homework diary. It is very important that Parents check their child's / children's homework diaries every day and sign the relevant page. Parents are invited to communicate with the Teachers by means of the homework diary.
